After our initial meeting, Artscapes begins the design process. This involves getting to know the site: checking the grade, taking accurate measurements, noting what already exists, and anticipating how the overall design will work. The Designers utilize a computer program to generate scaled drawings and achieve accuracy.

Artscapes continuously work with the same vendors; therefore, you get the benefit of volume-pricing from the finest and most experienced vendors in the business. We will give you pricing in an itemized format, so that you can assemble the components to match your budget.

When Artscapes manages your courtyard, there is no need to rearrange your schedule to wait for work to be done. We schedule all of the vendors involved and ensure that all components of the courtyard are installed as designed. We are on site at various points throughout construction, and we receive end-of-the-day summaries from our vendors documenting their progress.
